I decided to become a fireman after realizing that all women are crazy about firemen. Friends, jealous, advised that I did not stand a chance - too old, too fat, too short. Mercifully skipped my bald spot. If i were young, tall and in shape why would I...?

It is interesting that the comments to the decision show concern that large developers would take over individual properties or entire communities.
In a country that exalts democracy, so much that it tries to export it.
In fact my own view is that the danger is that communities will take over private property in the hands of isolated developers. Every year I find thru Google which of my relatives is still trying to recover property seized this way. Fifty years ago.
The religion of democracy and the idol of private property. Or the reverse?
