to the lighthouse (red one)

 For the last four or five year I have taken bike rides to the Red lighthouse at the base of the George Washington Bridge. Close by,  on the Hudson's bank, I could see an arranged agglomeration of stones. It made m imagine a group of people coming out of the water ..Immigrants or conquerors. Stone people, from rubble.

Above is this year's image. Few stones still standing. The immigrants went away or were demolished.

Dream or cauchemar

 I dreamt I was on a construction site. suddenly Donald Trump showed up. Not clear if he was visiting as president or building owner.  After we finished a discussion on building details, we left together. I stopped and bought two Danishes from a street vendor. Offered one to Trump. He refused. After I insisted he took a bite. 

That was all my dream.

Now I am afraid of seeing him again when i dream.   I don't go to sleep anymore.
