almost kept me awake

I watch C-Span at night when I cannot sleep. The other night Hendrik Hertzberg of the New Yorker on our constitutional system - produced to protect the interests of slave owner states. Too much power to geography not to individual voters. Voters cannot chose specific political programs and change the government when those do not work. Malls in Ky, malls in Pa - Wal-mart everywhere.
This type of constitution never workewd when implemented in other places.
