I decided to become a fireman after realizing that all women are crazy about firemen. Friends, jealous, advised that I did not stand a chance - too old, too fat, too short. Mercifully skipped my bald spot. If i were young, tall and in shape why would I...?

eminent domain left to right
It is interesting that the comments to the decision show concern that large developers would take over individual properties or entire communities.
In a country that exalts democracy, so much that it tries to export it.
In fact my own view is that the danger is that communities will take over private property in the hands of isolated developers. Every year I find thru Google which of my relatives is still trying to recover property seized this way. Fifty years ago.

Or in a field with undefined domain and no preestablished scientific hierarchy there are no peers Those who get called to give an opinion beome experts overnight. And overbid

Housing Bubble
It does not mean to have your home in a bubble. Just to be in a bubble when you buy a house. If every body knows and agrees it is a bubble it should burst. At least that's what the financial theory says. To expect it will burst only next year ??? This is not like the stock market bubble nor so simple though since most people buy houses after selling the old one so it is pretty much a wash out. With som e additional leverage.
