Paul Krugman's last Friday column was so true, I shouted of pleasure. But he should stay away from invective and personal attacks. He should remain an unassailble economic expert. Telling the truth. Exposing the truth.
Stramge! In his firs year at Sloan he was my professor. Many of my colleagues were in awe of his intellect. Not me -confused by his fast talk and diagrams he used to change and correct all the time. Probably now those admirers are mad at his politics, while I am thankful for his steaady and clear left wing position.
